Friday, April 17th Beef Feeder Cattle/Bred Cow Sale

This past Friday, we sold 1,252 head of beef cattle on a market that was steady to a little weaker on the lighter cattle and on the 750 weight cattle and up was steady/strong.  As the slaughter houses continue to have issues with chain speed due to lack of employees, we ask for all beef porducers in need of marketing BEEF SLAUGHTER Strs/Hfrs to please continue to call for updates.  The  Slaughter Holsteins are still making their way throught the system, just at a slower pace.  The Slaughter Cow market this past week was active and we shoud see good activity again in this upcoming week.
