Results from the Summer Holstein/Beef Combination Feeder Cattle Sale Friday, August 23rd.

 

Here this past Friday we had a nice sale selling 930 head (750 HD of Hol, 180 Hd of Beef) on a market that was steady.

Several loads of 7-8 weight Holsteins in high demand.

We had a very light run of Beef Cattle with a variance in quality. Still very strong market on the quality cattle carrying light flesh and were properly handled.   

Our next sale starts our Fall run and is our “Customer Appreciation Sale” and will be held on September 6th. Plan to attend!!! This will be a combination sale with both Holstein and Beef Feeders. Expecting 2000 head of cattle. Come join us and have a steak sandwich cooked by the best of the business the “Grant County Cattlemen Association”.
