Results from the Special Back to Grass Roundup New Crop Calf/ Yearling Sale Friday May 3rd ..

Here this past Friday we had a nice run of colored cattle selling 2,400 head on a market. The market was pretty much weaker on the light cattle and steady to weaker on the bigger cattle, most of the weakness due in part to the decline in cash and CME cattle futures.  

The demand remains good and looks to continue as we move into summer as the runs become to dwindle .. 

The next Special Back to Grass Roundup New Crop Calf/ Yearling Sale will be in 2 weeks, Friday May 17th starting time 9am sharp..

Don't forget the upcoming Special Back to Grass Holstein Steer/ Dairy Cross Feeder Cattle Sale this coming Friday May 10th starting time 9am sharp.
