Results from the Special Fall Roundup New Crop Calf/ Yearling Sale Friday September 21st .

Here this past Friday we had a nice run of cattle which included a showcase of reputation, high powered yearlings green as gourds coming straight off of grass..

We sold 1,603 head on a market that was very strong on the high quality cattle that were green..

We really didn't have enough New Crop Calves to test the market as most are just being weaned right now at this time, but we expect to start seeing more in the next few weeks and demand looks good..

As the yearling numbers continue to dwindle demand for the high quality green cattle looks to be in really good shape as we finish up the fall yearling run and roll right into the new crop calves with a mountain of feed put up and much more to go.

The next Special Fall Roundup New Crop Calf/ Yearling Sale Sale will be in 2 weeks Friday October 5th starting time 9am sharp.

Don't forget the Special Fall Roundup All Holstein/ Dairy Cross Feeder Cattle Sale coming up this Friday September 28th starting time 9am sharp.
