Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending steady to firm for wings; steady for boneless skinless
breasts and dark meat items and weak for tenders. Trucklot buying activity
is light and generally unaggressive approaching the weekend as dealers
continue to monitor disruptions in processing schedules. Offerings of
wings are seasonally light and moving well; boneless skinless breasts and
dark meat cuts are mostly moderate and tenders available and competitively
priced. Market activity is slow to moderate.
